AUTODESK MAYA - MEL (2014/2017)
Was an Environment Artist on this game. The game has been seen on INDIGO, GDC and is released on Steam.
UNREAL ENGINE 4
During this project, my role was Environment Artist. My task was to create a toon like environment. Also rigging and animating was part of my role.
This was my summer project of 2014. My goal was to make three maps that were playable in Killing Floor. I also learned to work with vertex lit assets.
UNREAL 2004/KF SDK
I was the Lead Environment Artist (and only artist). My role was to create the entire environment and model some hard surface assets.
My role was te make Concept Art and Designs that could later be transformed into fully functioning 3D models and Environments.
My name is Danny, Currently working at Black Matter Studio as Environment Artist on their flagship title Hell Let Loose.
Maya, Unreal Engine 4, Unity, Quixel Suite, Photoshop and Blender are my preferred packages to work in. I also have knowledge of ZBrush, Shader Forge, Agisoft Photoscan, RealityCapture, 3Ds Max, Mudbox, Unreal Engine 2004, UDK, Simplygon Connect, MeshLab, Adobe Flash (AS2.0), Knald, Crazybump, Marmoset Toolbag, Nvidia APEX/PhysX SDK, World Machine, xNormal, InstantMeshes and Bitmap2Material. I also worked in Perforce, Tortoise SVN, Trello, Zoho, Slack, Discord and StraightJacket.
I like to pay particular attention to details, this also results that I like to achieve a perfect score in various games. I like to work in a multidisciplinary team and learn from other departments. In my free time I like to learn new software packages and see how those packages could be added to my skillset.
